Sega hints at Shenmue and Skies of Arcadia XBLA ports

In an interview with Sega from Gamereactor UK (Interview here) at GDC (2012), Associate Brand Manager Ben Harborne discussed all the HD ports coming to XBLA , After the announcement of Jet Set Radio I am sure we all are excited to see what’s coming next. Ben Harborne did mention two titles in particular, Shenmue and Skies of Arcadia both of which are fantastic games.

If you do not know these titles, Shenmue is a free roam action game from the developer of Virtua Fighter and most likely the most known and popular title on the Dreamcast. Skies of Arcadia is a JRPG that was on both the Dreamcast and remade with some extended scenes and new items on the Nintendo Game Cube under the title “Skies of Arcadia Legends”. Now I don’t know about you, but I would love for these games to come to XBLA so people who enjoyed them can play them again and those who missed them can see how awesome the Dreamcast really was.
